Huang Xiao Cha, literally "little yellow tea", is one of the traditional styles of yellow tea.
It is made from young but fully grown leaves, unlike Huang Ya (yellow buds) teas. It is more roasted, the infusion is characterized by a high fullness and a pleasant peanut aroma, with surprising notes of chocolate flavor.
She gained great recognition and received numerous awards, such as China's Tea Cup in 1999. One portion of yellow tea can be brewed several times. It is a simple but extremely pleasant tea.
